At Nurture Tree Academy our mission is to provide a nurturing, inclusive, and personalized learning environment where every child—regardless of their learning challenges—can thrive. We are dedicated to empowering students with or without learning difficulties by using individualised teaching strategies, multi-sensory approaches, and a strengths-based mindset.
We believe that every child is capable of success when given the right support, encouragement, and tools. Our goal is to foster confidence, independence, and a love for learning in each student, helping them unlock their full potential. Through small group instruction and one-on-one guidance, we create a space where children feel valued, understood, and capable.
At the heart of our center is a commitment to patience, creativity, and compassion—ensuring that every learner feels safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
Academy times and Cancellation
We agree to and ask that clients maintain responsible relations regarding academy times. The academy will be open Monday to Thursday, 8h00 to 13h00.
The academy follows Government school holidays, but changes could be made at the discretion of the Academy:
Term 1: 15 January – 27 March (28 March)
Term 2: 8 April – 26 June (27 June)
NOTE: 25 April – 5 May is a special school holiday
Term 3: 22 July – 2 October (3 October)
Term 4: 13 October – 10 December – if exams are completed the academy will close sooner.
Language of Teaching and learning: English is the main medium. Afrikaans is understood and can be translated.
